G.F.S (General Fitness Schedule) a comprehensive collection of active and passive exercises  (aerobics and yoga) in sequence. It is an indigenously designed fitness schedule to achieve an agile body and peaceful mind. It caters to all age groups, all fitness levels for both men and women. It is being conducted by ‘RELAX-ZEAL’ since last 7 years.
